Refund Policy

This policy explains refund terms for Yas Educational Platform services.

Courses and educational content on Yas Educational Platform are digital products. Refund requests are reviewed according to the conditions below.

1. Digital subscriptions

After a subscription is activated and content access begins, refunds are not available except for eligible cases.

2. Eligible cases

A request may be reviewed for technical access failure, duplicate charge, subscription not activated within 48 hours, or activation of the wrong course.

3. Non-eligible cases

Refunds do not cover change of mind, lack of use after access, subscription expiry, or violation of platform terms.

4. Request process

The user should send full name, phone number, refund reason, and payment proof through the official support channel.

5. Processing time

Requests are reviewed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the suitable payment method.
